Living with the Body
Intimacy, Steadiness and Wisdom from the 1st Foundations of Mindfulness
A small group of 18-20 experienced students will meet once per week during a 12-week program. We will follow the Buddha's teachings on the 1st Foundations of Mindfulness with an emphasis on body based samadhi and insight practices.
Together we create a courageous practice period in the middle of our daily routines. With the support of the group and teachers, we explore the open, grounded and wise heart in what it truly means to have a human animal body.
This Program consists of four daylong retreats, weekly classes, and up to four private meetings with the teachers during the program. All times listed are for the pacific time zone.
